sooo.....wickedmous
e is just the most awesomely awesome person in the world! i got an amazing package today in the mail after a harrowing, life-threatening ride to the post office (i, the genius that i am, decided to let my nephew, armed with his brand-new shiny driver's permit, drive me to the post office, 8 miles from my house. most terrifying 8 miles of my life) the package was totally worth near-death experiences!
Onward to far too many pictures of amazingness!
Everything that was in the mailing box.

That little Zales box had the most adorable fairy house inside. I'm going to run strings through the holes and hang it from my rearview mirror

Here's the inside of the jars which were filled with wonderful things

Here is the really beautiful recipe box "jar". She read my mind =) now i have a box to organize my scraps of recipes and a binder from a previous swap with print outs! she even included 3 packs of index cards (see picture above)

Inside the box. Yes, that pouch says blood. it's a blood energy drink. kinda cool. i'm tempted to keep it for halloween but i may break it out for the zombie masquerade i'm going to sometime this month.

Here are the insides of the "jar"

Close-up of the beautiful necklaces she made me

Close-ups on my favoritest things in the box. the items are sitting on the HOT PINK BUBBLEWRAP she packed the mailing box with. (yes, i am very very very excited about the hot pink bubblewrap.)
Starting from the top left and going clockwise. The really awesome birdie napkin rings that need to be reattached to the rings. seriously beautiful and the pictures dont do them justice. i plan on using two of them at my wedding reception. they are sitting on the doggie biscuit kit. then the pretty mirror and pouch it was in. the black blob is a rose ring, under it is a silver bell, the bee pendant, and a "crystal" skully. Next to that is a snake thingy that has an awesome snake on it. a rose charm thing, and last but not least, my fairy house. =)

Who was spoiled? *points to self* this girl! =)
Thank you so much, Chris, for the amazing package. made the ride to the post office completely worth it. And just for the record, I drove home. Kevin is not driving me anywhere ever again unless he gets some practice in!
thank you, freestyle, for hosting a awesome swap!
