I am having an issue with the way the rows are coming together on the pattern from this website http://project-angel-kisses.150m.com/roundripple.html

the point that is before where the rows get single crocheted tog isn't as tall as the other points and I am getting this weird gaping that doesn't look right. now since this blanket is for myself it's not a big deal but i plan on making more for other people...

this is what the other points look like...

according to the pattern after you do the double v or single v stitch in the 2 sc space you are suppose to skip last 2 sts, join. now i have been doing that but this is what I get...

the green yarn is where i am starting the next row.... any help??!

thank you! Smiley

Hi twisted!

I've made this afghan many times over, so I will try to help you. It looks like you are missing a point and valley section. Can you count the number of points, and the number of valleys. You should have 12 of each. The row of double holes you have, looks as though there is the downward side of a point and then the valley missing.

Here is a picture of what I am trying to say

I technically have 11 of each of you don't count the point or valley where the rows join... but how do i fix that? i think i shouldn't have skipped the last 2 stitches like I was and I should have been dc-ing then skipping two??
