I've never tried Zumba yet but people are going mad for it here in Scotland just now.  It's always booked out a week in advance and it's so hard to get it.  I'll give it a go at some point though I'm sure.

So I'm eating breakfast.  Chobani Pomegranate Greek Yogurt.  Its actually pretty yummy (I haven't had the pomegranate before).  My only issue is....  why are there whole seeds in it?!  Its yogurt!  I shouldn't have to dig seeds out of my yogurt!  Roll Eyes  Anywho.....

If you're interested and you like yogurt, you should give this stuff a try.  Less sugar, thicker than things like Yoplait or Dannon, real fruit is involved and it has 14 grams of protein per cup.  When the staff at my school was doing survivor island at school one of our challenges was to eat 60 grams of protein a day so I'd eat one of these for breakfast and one for lunch.  It got me halfway there!   Cheesy  It comes in Blueberry, Strawberry, Peach, Honey and Pomegranate (if you can find it.  I can't find the Pom in NC).

Off topic...  is anyone else seeing these ads for WSPA??  I can't stand them!  I have three adorable rescue puppies!  We really can't fit anymore in our house!  But these pictures make my heart ache.  I'm a softy for animals.

i eat these for breakfast everyday, well not on the weekends. i agree about the freakin seeds! i mostly get raspberry, pineapple, or peach/mango. Sometimes its kinda hard for me to like it because it is like soured chunky milk, but I know it is better for me than the high sugar or artificial sweetener ones. there is another brand in a blue package that comes with honey that I like as well. Just fyi, these aren't located with the rest of the yogurt where i shop they are in a "green wise" section with soy milk & stuff

As for the yogurt, I like the Greek style that has more protein, but I am hungry mid morning with that. My most filling breakfast is old fashioned oats, chopped walnuts thrown in and some sugar free maple syrup/dusting of cinnamon with a glass of skim milk. Summer or winter, it's almost the only thing I can eat that doesn't leave me famished at 10:30 am.

I am right there with you, I eat these yogurts for breakfast at 6:00am on my way out the door, and I am hungry buy9:30, then I usually eat some cheerios or product 19. (just cereal, no milk)

AAAAaaannd... we're FULL!   Cheesy

I will be working on partners tonight and tomorrow!
When partnering, I consider (in this order):
-- country
-- allergies
-- wants/needs and likes/dislikes

I'll be posting partners tomorrow afternoon or evening.
I still can't believe we filled up so quickly!  Wink
