Hey Craftsters! I finally finished this dress that had been sitting in pieces on my workroom floor for months. I'm quite happy with what I ended up with. It is loosely based on this adorable dress from a fellow Craftster: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=124741.0

Check it out!

The front

The back

Closeup of the "belt" which is actually an strip of fabric from a t-shirt and one of those rings you use for purse-making. It's sewn right onto the dress

The whole dress. I lined it using fabric from these huge white t-shirts I had laying around.

Thanks for looking.. let me know what you guys think!

I really like that!  It's fun and classy at the same time and your color scheme is great!

Bravo!

Beautiful work!

The belt really pulls it together, especially how the ring in the front mirrors the circles in the print of the fabric.

Am jealous much!

This is so cute!  And I love the idea of lining it with old t-shirts... it has to be super comfy like that!  Wonderful job!  Cheesy
