Playing with glass today I made this yard sculpture. It reminded me of Salvidor Dali's work. Just scrap glass and a few of those glass bubbles. It looks great in the sun light.

I used lots of colors since I was making it from the scrap bin at the art center. A fun project that only took about 2 hours.

A close up to show the dimension of the bubbles sitting on top of the glass. I'm super pleased with it and it really looks nice in the garden.

Thanks for looking! Wink

That's great for a yard or garden. Well done.

That is so cool! I love abstract pieces, and abstract glass yard art is super awesome.
Now make me a stained glass gnome, dammit!  Tongue

So awesome!  For some reason the thumbnail reminded me of Sally Ragdoll from A Nightmare Before Christmas.

Nice!  How did you get it to stand up?  It looks like it's attached to a rod?

It is soldered to a copper rod with some wire. It has held up for days now in my garden so I think it is safe to say it is pretty structurally sound.
