My Multicolor Dish Scrubbie of Thanks

Recently my marriage fell on hard times. While we were separated much of my family reached out to comfort me. One of those wonderful ladies was my cousin. I had to money to buy her anything so I grabbed some Sugar and Cream yarn and made her a multicolor version of a dish scrubbie pattern I made a while back. I love the different colors so much. It's a lot more aesthetically pleasing than the plain single color or variegated patterns I usually make.

It's 100% machine washable. I use a set of these in my own kitchen and love them. I still can't get my mother to convert to them, though. She prefers sponges that you can't wash in the machine. *shudders*

Wow this is cool My grandma makes these but she crochets another side with netting and then she has a good side to scrub hard stuff with too. But I love how pretty this is. Really brightens up a room. Great job.

I got one of these from an angel and I love it. Mine looks like a record. I would not of thought of this, and yours is wonderfully colorful.

I LOVE crocheted dish scrubbies!!! I've never thought of making them circular tough. Love your bright color scheme!

Mine is double sided, too. I tried just using one side, but it's not sturdy enough. I had wanted to try a mesh center at one point, but I'm a little rough on yarn and couldn't keep it from breaking. Roll Eyes

And circular is the way to go for scrubbies in my book! With square you get corners that flop a little and send splashes of water into your eyes. Personal experience speaking there. haha
