I use acrylic ones as body scrubbers in the shower.  They can be washed in hot water.  They will not melt in the wash, although the acrylic will not hold up to ironing.

so.........I'm intrigued by the bottle brush on the cover of the mag. Is it crocheted too? Would it be legal for you to PM a copy of the pattern? Undecided
