I based this scarf on the Palindrome pattern but made a few changes: http://www.cometosilver.com/patterns/palindrome.htm

I didn't have enough yarn to make it very long, so I just knit until I ran out of yarn and also added three button holes to one end then sewed the buttons onto the other end. I'm very happy with it! Grin

I think it's the perfect length. I love the red buttons against the navy blue yarn. Beautiful! Like italianchildhood said, it really does look great on.
