Question about Wists

Can I bump this thread?

I'm having issues with the Wists website. I have the two Wists buttons in my favourites since I started using it. I can still access the 'Go to my Wists' page, but the 'Add to my Wists' button acts up.

When I first started using the program, I quickly discovered that I sort of had to cheat. Normally I would click the 'Add' button, and a whole page of pictures would show up. I clicked the one I liked, tagged it, and there I was. I then found that out of ten tries, 9 times, the Wists website picked the wrong picture. Fair enough, I stared using a little trick. I would copy the picture's URL in a new window, and Wist it there. Often losing the pattern that would normally be linked to the process as well, alas...

Now it has become impossible to Wist anything in a new window. When I do this, and click the 'Add' button, nothing changes. I can still Wist stuff when I hit the 'Add' button on the original page, but the same problem as before occurs, and I wist things I do not want... It's driving me insane, because I love to swap and I know how useful these Wists can be. Mine is far from up to date...

Any thoughts?

I second switching to Pinterest!

So much more visually pleasing, IMO. And you can group things in "boards" - so if you have a swap you signed up for, you can create a board just for that swap and add things based on that, which I LOVE.

You two might want to mention Pinterest isn't open for new signups, so it would be hard to switch  I tried to sign up and was put on a waiting list.

They add you pretty quickly once you're on the waiting list, and if you can get an invite from someone you know it's even faster. I have a few invites left if anyones wants to pm me their email addy.
