hey guys and girls
just a quick question about a pattern i have.
the pattern says to rib 11 stitches then cast/bind off 13 then rib till the end of row. then on the next row it says rib 11, turn, cast on 13, turn and rib to end. Huh

 
what exactly does this mean? any help would be good

That would be to work 11 sts in your rib pattern, BO 13 sts (don't forget you need 2 more sts after the 11 to BO the first one) in pattern as well, then work the rib pattern on the remaining sts. Next row, work 11 sts in rib, CO 13, work the rib pattern to the end of the row.
