Found this on Raverly,  pattern is Wings of Peace by Anna Baltzer.


I was very lucky with how the colours came off the ball. Grin

Just need to figure out how to make the feathers longer. Any suggestions? Huh

This is really pretty!  To make the feathers longer, you can make minor adjustments by how you block it.

That yarn worked really well with the pattern. Excellent work!

To make the feathers longer, you could also try adding more pattern repeats in the long part of the pattern.

This is stunnning. The lace is beautiful and the colors are so so so perfect for the pattern. Wow. The oranges and yellows are breathtaking!

I think the feathers are the perfect length Smiley.

I did a post a little while back, which is on page 3/4 now.. flame cowl... and brimmer hat..!! Lots of people looked at them.. but I didn't get any comments.. maybe it was something I said in the post that offended them...? Embarrassed
