I did this a couple of days ago. I sewed black old, baggy jeans into skinnies and then just put strips of masking tape on and sprayed it with about 40% bleach and 60% water. Super simple way to update. Yeay!



I kept a plain back. Just 'cause.


Don't mind my toes, they look kinda weird in this photo.

I love this!  I just moved, so I have a ton of extra tape after taping all those boxes.  I bet I could have fun with it and make some interesting plaid-like patterns with the bleach.  That's a great idea, and I love the vertical stripe look.

Ooh I like this! I really like how the stripes arent like.. perfectly straight, is that cause the liquid seeped under the tape in areas? either way, I really like the effect.
