Absolutely fantastic! Without even reading what you wrote, as soon as I saw a closeup of the stitching I knew exactly what it was! Without a doubt my favorite episode of Buffy  Grin
I'm hitting this rocks too!

Thanks to everyone for all the great comments.  This project has sparked a new interest in embroidery for me, and after all the wonderful feedback I'm itching to start on another project.

Awesome!  What a great depiction of Giles' presentation.  That's a great episode!

This was made for my partner Padfoot, as part of the Whedonverse Swap.  Since she's received and posted I thought I would put it up here too.  For anyone who hasn't seen this episode of Buffy, this is taken from a scene where Giles tries to explain, using an overhead projector, who the monsters that took their voices are, what they want and how to defeat them.

This was my first attempt at (non-cross stitch) embroidery and I'm very happy with how it turned out.
Thanks for looking.  Smiley

Erm.. May I please point out that this is my original design... as seen here ...http://www.cafepress.co.uk/Faigenbaums/6291405
I would have loved to have had a link to my work or perhaps just a mini shout out. Any chance I can have one of these sent to me as a "sorry" ...
lol!! Haahahahaa!!! I am only (slightly) joking, a mention would have been real nice though. xx
Great work, I love it!! I do want one, any way I can?

I do apologize.  I had no intention of trying to take your design or pass it off as my own original work.  I had found the design on a general Buffy search on cafepress while looking for some inspiration.  Needless to say I was inspired.  At the time I did not see the link at the bottom saying who the design was by, if I had I would have given you credit.  Again I apologize and if you are interested in having one made for you please send me a PM.

Please do not think I am angry! I am really chuffed that you liked it enough to make such an amazing art out of it!!  Grin
Do not worry about taking it down... it is far too good for that!
You would really make another??? I would love that!

I love your Dr Horrible work too.. so good!
Of course I accept your apology! No issues here... I am just super pleased that you are (a) a Whedonverse fan and (b) a really nice person to boot! Grin YAY!!!!
