I like the tropical suede yarn to

Just discovered that it's discontinued now Sad Wish I had bought more "Tropical" skeins when I got the one I have!

Here is the Yarndex info on it, some of you may have it in your stash!

CrochetAngel...are you looking for more of the ModaDea 'suede' yarn??  I can check at the LYS for some...
I don't have much progress on the grannies...I'm doggie sitting this week and taking the time to finish projects and make little(portable) projects.  I am enjoying the progress photos in here and the colors are really neat!  There are going to be some pretty finishes this month, or next.  I'll take one skein of my new project and make ups some squares...ya'all keep me wanting to finish my little squares and that is the spirit of this CAL...a little each day!!  Thanks!

I like your squares, what is the center color? So pretty!! Smiley

There is a variegated rainbow-ish in turquoise, pink, purple, yellow, and blue. I made a whole afghan out of it about ten years ago and found a couple little leftover balls. Then its a dark purple and a lighter purple with white border. Thanks!

Kittymom13 - Right now I'm operating underneath a yarn-ban, but thank you for the offer!! Smiley When my husband saw my nine three-drawer containers filled with yarn, he said I was shut off for awhile. LOL

BabyCakes8510 - Your squares are lovely! I bet the whole afghan in that yarn is so pretty & refreshing. Smiley

This is my square for today... I'll be honest, I took an easy way out, I went with Homespun and only used one color. But I thought it might make for an interesting texture difference from my other squares. And I was feeling pretty lazy. Cheesy

As a side note, I'm so glad I found this CAL. It is so wonderful to share my work with people who are encouraging and feel the same way about crafting! Smiley

Good morning, everyone! Here is last night's square... Done in Patons Melody (orange) - which was hard to work with - and Lion Brand Homespun Baby (creamsicle) - which was easy to work with compared to Melody. Smiley I used the creamsicle yarn in honor of my first Dunkin Donuts' orange-vanilla coolata (kiddy size of course LOL) because it tasted just like a creamsicle!
