Hey everybody!  If you get the Joann's circular in the mail, you probably already know this...but if not, and those who don't get it....their red tag fabrics are gonna be 50% off the red tag price from June 27th-July 17th!!  And, there's a 10% off coupon on the back, as with every year, they will be having a 4th of July sale from July 2nd-5th....you can use the 10% off on your whole purchase, even stuff already on sale Smiley  I'm SOOO thrilled!  I've been holding off on some fabric purchases I have seen over the last couple months as even the red tag price was still too high for me, I'm SO cheap!!  LOL!  With money being so tight, this is HUGE excitement for me to get stuff without feeling really bad about spending money I don't have.

ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh im going to have to go there today after work to check out exactly what i want and then ill go back on payday! im so excited to get started, ive already started drafting patterns for what im making.  Grin

i took a deep breath and listened to the old bray of my heart. i am. i am. i am.

after re-looking through my partner's wists i definately know what i'm going to make and i'm excited because i think she'll really like it.  i have enough supplies to get started, but i'm going to have to hit up that JoAnn's sale before i can make a real dent in the work.   Tongue

I think I know what I want to make...have to draw up plans for it first though and determine what I need.

Been crafting for 6 hours so far on the thing i'm making.  its coming on good and im really looking forward to sending it.  I was lucky to get paired up with someone who actually had things of mine on their wist list so feeling pretty lucky in terms of partners

My mom and I are hitting JoAnn's on the 2nd to pick the perfect fabric! She's sooo good at finding fabrics that look great together. I got her addicted to swapping! She swaps on a quilting site and is currently organizing a swap with almost 80 people. Hearing her use all the computer and swapping lingo cracks me up. She was so skeptical of my swapping at first! I love my mom. Smiley

So back to topic, I have some things I can work on for my lovely partner until then, but the BIG ONE will be on hold till the big sale at JoAnn's!

got one little thing done for lapoli, actually for her sprout..... and started another for her..... pretty productive day considering I also had to go get 4 new tires for my car......the ONLY plus about having to get the tires is that the tire store is in the Joanes parking lot.....  Wink
