Do you fill out the questionnaires from scratch every time, or do you keep a basic one filled out and saved somewhere for reference?  Care to share any other tips you use to make swapping less complicated?

From my experience, only the very basic info about address, age and sending out of the US is common from one questionnaire to the next. Quite often, that's the easiest part to fill out. Smiley

I always do it from scratch.
I looked at the questionnaires of my partners, and what I found helpful there. You never know what will help your partner, but I try to work on it. I tend to give lots of information to give my partner a good start, but I also leave things for communication.

I do it from scratch to since never are one swaps info is the same as the next..

but I will say that the questionaire isnt anything written in stone..its just a guideline for the organizer to follow for partners ..if things come to mind or change you can always PM your partner later on..

I've ALWAYS forgotten to include SOMETHING in my questionaires..ALWAYS Smiley
