Spring shrine

I found the cutest ashtray at the thrift store a while back. It's a tiny white porcelain hand, and it was only 75 cents! I have been wondering what to do with it. I had an ugly little wooden shelf, also from the thrifty, that desperately needed a revamp. I found some great green paper made by my now-favorite company Graphics45 (I LOVE their paper!) and some floral collage sheets from Alpha Stamps, and it all seemed to come together to make this little shrine to spring. I love the way the leafy ribbon looks, twining up the side. This is way girlier than my usual style; it sort of reminds me of a tea party, but I like it anyway. We can't all be dark all the time, right?

The green is so fresh and I always love a stripe/floral combo.  All of the embellishments are perfect on it!
