Why am I sticky & naked? Did I miss something fun?

I made this dress as the final package for the MAF5 swap. My partner,kitkat_pro had a couple of awesome Gothic Lolita dresses on her wist and I tried to recreate the aesthetic. I'm not sure how well I did, but I definitely broke in my ruffler foot on it.
A slightly blurry picture of the dress front.

A hurried picture of the rear and the mini top hat I made to match.

Detail on the bodice.

I wasn't at home when I finished this dress, so I couldn't get a picture on the mannequin. A ruffler foot spoils you and makes hand ruffling seem like torture, FYI.

C&C appreciated (particularly from makers of Gothic Lolita items.)

Looks great! Love the color choices. Sorry I don't know much about Gothic Lolita, but I think the dress is amazing. I have wanted a ruffler foot for a while, maybe I will have to go out and buy one  Wink.

In my opinion it doesn't look full enough for lolita (but maybe it's different on someone) and the white lace is a little random since it's only on the top.
Looks like a cute dress though!

I'll agree that though it doesn't seem quite...poofy enough, it's still gorgeous. The bodice area is great.

I'm sleeping. Bother me in the morning.

I agree, once again, that it doesn't seem quite full enough, but its wonderful despite that!
I love it.
If you had a fuller skirt, and maybe some more of the lace somewhere else to tie it all together(or take out the lace completely), I think it'd be perfect for gothic lolita.
Its very nice though Smiley!

Thank you guys for the comments. I think on the next one, I'm going to try a modified circle skirt to get the bottom more full.
