I love Halloween and I'd love to do this.  The full swap sounds so overwhelming, but this one is totally do-able.

ooh this would be great! i like that it is just 13 items. question though, would all 13 items have to be crafted by hand, or would a certain amount of store bought items be allowed?

last year it was

-13 small items are required. (that is, each of the 13 items is under $10 to buy or under an hour to make) 1 for each day.
-You should try to give at least 6-7 items that are crafted. These can be up-cycled items as well as items made from scratch.
-The first item to be opened (on October 19th) will be a container/bag of some sort that holds the other items. You can either make a container/ bag from scratch, or decorate one, your choice.
-1 item/day will be candy/food (preferably timed so your partner can enjoy a yummy treat before the big day). If your partner cannot/does not eat candy, you could make a candy-related item instead (say a candy shaped polyclay pendant, a bag made from candy fabric etc etc).
-spoiling is fine, either by adding more items or making items bigger then the small requirement, so long as you and your partner agree on it. just remember, if your sending international it may get expensive.
-This swap will require photos in the gallery(its half the fun of the swap!), you might want to ask your partner to take some photos of their items before they send just in case your camera packs up.
-Other then that, what you make is up to you and your partner.

I would love to do it I was in the big one last year and it was so much fun I can't do it this year so this small one would be good

I did this one last year and loved it so much I've joined the big one this year ...
BUT..
I'm in for this mini one too as it's great fun!!!
