Hi y'all. This is my first completed project post, but I was so pleased with how it turned out that I just had to share. My mom recently gave me some of her phat old fabric leftovers from when she was around my age and sewed her own clothes. (Which were pretty swank if you ask me.) So I picked two fabrics that we both liked, and that kinda went together, and made her a reversible bag. Here it is (with my partner's arm modelling):

That is sexy!  Shocked  Did you follow a pattern?  I really like it, cool fabric.

Thanks!

I didn't really follow a pattern. I used a piece of paper to help with the sizing - I ended up with two 8.5"x12" pieces and one 8.5"x32.5" piece (in each fabric, so six pieces total) for the body of the bag. I took the longer piece and sewed it around the shorter pieces, so the longer piece ended up kinda U-shaped, if that makes sense. Then I just cut some straps, and sewed the whole she-bang together. I can make a more detailed tute, if you'd like.
