I made these scotch egg's a while ago but have only just got around to uploading photo's  Cheesy

They were supper tasty although completely unhealthy...

I had half a dozen eggs to use up and some sausage meat so thought these would be perfect!

All you need -
Sausage meat
Bread Crumbs
Eggs -I used 6, 4 for the centres and 2 beaten (some hard boiled for the centre and some for the 'glue' to hold on the bread crumbs)
Some herbs and seasoning to taste

And a means to deep fry them! I just used the smallest saucepan with a bucket load of oil  Grin

We had one each for tea and the other each for lunch the next day  Grin they keep very well

Thanks for looking!
C and C's are welcome and appreciated

Mmmm!  I love scotch eggs!  They are great dipped in spicy mustard.  Thanks for posting the recipe.

These look soooo good!

Lol I got a craving and made one for myself. I baked it instead of frying and I didnt use bread crumbs, just some garlic salt and black pepper

I have always wanted to make these. They are so unusual! I don't think I have ever eaten one before.
