Hi everyone! It's been a while since I've posted one of my pipe cleaner creations! Hope you like this one!

My buddy Jarrod sent to me a picture of  his Mom's dogs to Fuzzify for his Mom's birthday. Chippy, a 10 lb Maltese; Dale, a 6 lb Maltese; and Daisy, a 4 lb Yorkie, the smallest of them all!!  These adorable little pups are so petite as it was, I could hardly see how I could make them any smaller with pipe cleaners! Hahahah!!

Somehow I managed to make some time in my insane workweek and make these little guys! Here they are!

CHIPPY - 2 inches

DALE - 1.75 inches

DAISY - 1.5 inches

THE GANG!

I tried to make them proportional in size based on their weights. Now all I need to do is put bows on these little ones and wrap them up for Jarrod's mom. I hope she likes them!!! Happy Birthday, Jarrod's Mom!! Smiley

I love these little tiny puppies you make! I have to confess, I tried making one after seeing your first post of the little Yorkie, and let's just say it came out terribly. I probably should have posted it in the crafts gone wrong section....Sad

Anyways, beautiful work. Would you ever consider doing a tutorial for complete goobers like me?

Those are awesome! I showed them to my hubby, and told him they were made out of pipe cleaners. He looked at me, confused. Being a handyman, he's used to the industrial Home Depot pipe cleaners, with wire bristles. I had to Google a picture of craft pipe cleaners, so that he would know what was going on.  Grin

Fuzzington, these are amazing! When I first saw the thumbnail I thought they were real dogs & the post was going to be about clothing for dogs, or something like that. I only clicked on the thumbnail because I thought "What cute little doggies!" I had NO IDEA they were pipe cleaner dogs!!!

Well, this isn't the first time you've heard this said, but I'll have to reiterate what others have said: "Wow, OMG, this Rocks!" and then some!!!

BTW- to hgddm: You wrote (referring to your own attempts at pipe cleaner art) "I probably should have posted it in the crafts gone wrong section."  Is there a "Crafts Gone Wrong" section?Huh I actually looked, but couldn't find any place called that. THAT is where all my stuff would get posted!!! If there isn't a section for Crafts Gone Wrong maybe we should get one started? I've got a lot of quilts that were supposed to be rectangle shaped but mysteriously became trapezoid shaped by the time I was finished stabbing all my fingers with sharp needles! LOL! (No, but seriously!)

Fuzzington, you and your cute little doggies ROCK!

When I first opened up the post I thought you were going to show how you make coats or collars for these dogs, but, when I read it I found out these were pipe cleaner copies! I thought they were real dogs! WTG!

How did you do that?  They are so fuzzy it's hard to believe that they are pipe cleaners.
