camelama - those moon/star things are plastic beads - had them FOREVER.

rlynn - glad you liked your package, and the buttons! I made those in high school about four years ago - went a bit crazy with the button machine.   Cheesy

I received a great package from Sejimara a couple of days ago.

Some fun patterned papers and tags, alphabet stickers, some cuts outs and two matchbook notebooks.

Lots of fun eyelets and brads, photos corners, metal quotes, pencils, stamps, googly eyes, metal hearts, tags, acrylic shapes to decorate, a corner rounder.

Thanks for all the great stuff!

SmileyI got my uber-spiffy parcel from CraftynTally yesterday, while the dh and I were moving heavy furniture from old house to new...how nice to take a break and ohh and ahh over the goodies...and then have to get crackin' again.  By the time we made it back home, I just crashed and got up early to do the grocery shoppin'....a little busy.

I will be hooking the camera up to do some downloading, then post pics before I'm gone again...

Thank YOU, Crafty....I love every bit!!

Here are the contents of my first-ever swap exchange from Crafty-n-Tally:

And here is the box of goodies all sorted out:

cool index card note keeper, some serious crochet hooks, minders, and knit markers, sharpies, navy blue fun fur...(got a project going that can use that!!), crochet mag. and project patterns(LoVe Em!!), a ruler, thread and an I-cord maker.  I told my dh that I would get one of my neices onto making it for me, he reminded me of child labor laws.... Grin

Thank YOU, Crafty-n-tally!!  It was great to have you for a partner in this exchange!!

one of my packages!

I got: some scrapbooking bits, packages of little beads, a little box (my almost 3yr old Levi took this and painted it), a bunch of little toys and things (which Levi also took!), stamps, hemp string, shells, a bag of beads and buttons and things, fabric scraps!  The owls is my favorite!

Thank you!!!

I received from crazyalien8 yesterday,   Smiley but I didn't get pictures done until today...

first there's paper...

and more paper...

these are going to be perfect for ATCs and inchies  .... and possibly some borders in some of my art journals  Smiley

Next comes the fabric...

my favorites are the blue on the bottom, the pink & white one and the green on the left... but I have ideas for several of the other pieces already...

here's the rest of the stuff she sent...

alphabet stickers, jewelry stuff, ribbon...

here's a close up of some of my favorite pieces...

crazyalien8, what's the blue and gold charm made out of, do you know?  you can't tell in the picture, but it has a sparkle to it... Thanks so much for everything!!

pathermoon~ You're very welcome. Glad you're happy with the fabric, I know you said you didn't really want big pieces. And I LOVE that green fabric too! It's airy and has such a great texture to it.

And I think the pendant is lapis lazuli. NOT POSITIVE.  Tongue

pixieval- Most of the paper is from those huge card stocks that you find at Joann's. The really expensive ones, that you just drool over (Well, I drool over them all the the time). I found a Fairytale Stack at Ross's for $7 and snatched it up.  Cheesy
