I know Stargarderner has recieved, and that she's been very busy, so I'm going to put up pics of what I sent her.  I can't imagine working and parenting...  I can barely keep it organized and done just chasing my kids!!!

Gnome Necklace!!!

from the side Smiley

It was a great time making it for her, and was something I wanted to make for a while now. this swap just gave me an excuse to give it a try!

Belladune that gnome is amazing! Shocked  I can't believe the detail and texture you got in there.  Absolutely fabulous job.

Grin  thanks Ladies!  It's almost all 1 strand of floss satin stitch.  a couple other stitches too.  (V stitch, french knot, edging thing)  And the grass is 3 different shades.

It was all my own idea so far as I'm aware... If I've seen it anywhere and it became stuck in the depth of my brain, only to surface in the past few months, I don't know.  I've noticed a trend with everything I think is my own creation and ingenuity.  Eventually I see someone do the same thing somewhere, and I'm now aware that no idea is 100% original, or more to say that all ideas are floating to be caught and brought to life, but more then one person can grab them...... That's mildly off topic, but I've had the idea for quite a while, just needed an excuse to create it Wink  I've got a few more necklaces in the works right now, I just need to buy some more beer just for the lids so I can't finish em off!!
