This is what I created for paghababian in the Zen swap over on Phat Quarter.

I wanted to create the simple and uncluttered feeling of a Japanese ink painting, something calming to rest your eyes on.



It's a bit bigger than the guide swap size of 7"x5" 'cause it just didn't feel right any smaller.

The red shrinky square contains the Japanese symbol for zen.



Here's a look at the back



I hung it on 2 bamboo chopsticks to give it that oriental scroll look.

I'm rather pleased with it and might have to make another one for myself!  Grin
