Creepy Child/Doll Eye Makeup

Inspired by a part I will be performing in an upcoming musical, I concocted this look:
The part is that of a creepy little girl in a derelict sideshow. To get an idea of how the makeup might combine with the character's personality for an overall effect, I made use of a fun filter on my camera:
