Stage One:

View from the closet (haha) The walls are less bright blue and a touch greener. More soothing... It's hard to capture true color

By no means is this a creepy basement! love the laminate flooring and that desk is absolutely gorgeous! i would kill for such a space!

My own Craft room is the best thing I have ever done for my self.  Love that desk!

I fell in love with the desk on sight. Got the desk a year ago, crammed it into a tiny car and drove it 45 miles home, I've been dying to put it together. It's actually Ikea. It's a glass top (they used to have several styles) and you can choose between a few choices for the 'legs'. The top is really heavy.

It looks great so far! The flooring makes such a huge difference. The color you chose for the walls is really nice. It's bright and fun but still soothing - if that makes sense  .
