This was my 1st attempt at sewing:

Took a simple dog coat pattern, sewed ribbons to the bottom to keep them on.

For the peas, I covered Styrofoam balls with green felt & glued on to the green coat:


For the carrot, I sewed a basic cone shape, and sewed left over green felt & fabric to the top of the cone shape.  I then turned inside out & stuffed with leftover plastic bags, then glued to the coat:

The next year, they were "corn dogs"


made in a similar fashion.  They were too heavy though & had a hard time staying up.

My Dog would love it. For some reason he likes to wear clothing even though he is already too hot just with his fur.
