I'm on a doctor who crafting fix. I've decided to make a doctor who inspired "collection" (I say "collection" because I've only made one outfit so far and I've never made clothes before). I have plans for a modern clockwork robot outfit and I wanted to make a mask to go with.

The outfit (once made) will be inspire by this particular clockwork robot:

I made this last night and made the mask off a paused scene on my dvd. I just realized I missed some swirly things on the forehead (the guys hair/wig was always in the way for a complete visual) but oh well.

I bought the mask and then painted it. I suck at painting so I'm proud, lol

And me with the mask (i have a big head so it doesn't exactly fit right)

Comments always appreciated

I know, I looked at recently posted with pics and the top three were mine, all DW related. I'm such a geek.

Me too. I love Moffat's episodes. And they all have a moffat feeling to them....before I even knew much about the series/writers and just watched the episodes, I knew that Girl in the Fireplace, Blink, The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances and The Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead were by the same person. And they're my favorites.
