Thaaaaanks Wink  I think our biggest downfall was mixing our drinks so much!! Grin  3 days later and I'm only just now daring to partake of more drinkies (albeit on a lesser scale!) Wink  Now it's summer (off and on) MiL and I are quite enjoying the occasional afternoon dressed up all fancy n sat in the gazebo with a few gallons of..... refreshments!

I almost always get my jersey fabric from http://www.remnanthouse.co.uk/  I kinda regret not ordering some more of the fabric before starting on the dress (as I had got it ages ago) as then I could have made the skirt part more flarey, but never mind I likes it anyways Grin

I LOVE dresses and skirts to wear in the heat of the summer, and yours is adorable! I had to look up the Igigi maxi dress, because I didn't know what that was, but I have to say that you did a GREAT job of getting the effect, and it looks fabulous on you! I adore that fabric. Where did you get it?
Just read the other post, and am going to look now. Thanks for sharing!

Man, I'm really loving that fabric!  Would you mind sharing your link for where you get your jersey knit from?  I've been looking around but I can't ever seem to find anything that I like at a reasonable price!

Sure no problem, they do have some really good fabric prices, especially jersey.  I think they ship worldwide though with international shipping it might not be as reasonable anymore I guess!
It's from - Remnant House, and I think I may just have to order some more Grin

Thank you so much Grin  I'm so desperate to be able to make wearable clothes but I find it soooo much tougher than making bags, particularly when I keep insisting on trying to make my own pattern!!
