I love the slanted stripes! I have one that I love and that holds all my stuff, but your stripes tempt me to make another. Good job!

I was thinking about making one out of old pillowcases, as they are already a good size. Has anyone tried this? Does it work? Does it suck?

I made mine out of pillowcases. It ended up working really great. perfect size.

i just bought some fabric and will work on this soon, but i don't have sewing machine so will need to sew by hand!!! anyone sew by hand?

This is my needle case.  This is my first real sewing project.  I'm quite happy with it.

Hey,
I had my gramma help me make a needle case last week while I was at home with the family.  I did what a lot of you did, by adding a second row of slots.  I used regular fabric (cheapo from the sale rack at Walmart), not upholstery, so I just doubled up on everything.

(even my cat likes it!)
