This was a fun project for my sister's wedding photo booth.

I shaped equal sized balls of clay for each side of the mustache and flattened and formed into the different shapes.
Pictured are the large black "Burt Reynolds", brown "Lars the viking" and brown "stagecoach robber".
We also made a number of lips and other mustaches, three packages made 12 total props.
I simply hot glued dowel rods to the back side of the mustaches.

These were crazy fun to make and the photos from the wedding were absolutely hilarious!

We setup a camera on a tripod with many practice photos to make sure the background was properly placed.  We also made sure to put bright duct tape on the floor to mark where people should stand and so people noticed the tripod.  The photo booth area was blocked off in a corner area and we strung twine between two beams with pictures of the happy couple.  We used a remote for the actual picture taking during the wedding/ it was very helpful to have someone who was handy with the camera.  Many of the other props we got were from goodwill including the gold tablecloth in the background.
