I work for the Florida renaissance faire. I love it there but the costuming they sell is very expensive and poorly made. So... I decided i was going to make a corset myself. It is upholstery fabric with a cotton lining. The boning is all 1/4 inch steel boning, a set of boning for every seam. A total of 16 pieces of boning.

This is my first post so I hope it all works, let me know what you guys think!

Super!!!  Really like the fabric.  Did you use a pattern or make it up as you went along?  I'm a little nervous of the idea of boning, but do love corsets and have one that is too small now, so I was hoping to reverse engineer it - just need the confidence to get cracking really.  Well done you x
