a note:  i know there were extenuating circumstances in our case but i will say that my partner stayed in communication with me and i know the negative is only temporary...

i think our organizer's hand was kind of forced in this in that she had to do something with feedback for us at this point, but i also believe she has tried hard to handle the situation as best she can.  thank you for that, MamanTattoo...I know your job is not an easy one!   Smiley

Oh, absolutely, I understand about getting the feedback, and I do appreciate the understanding and patience from both you and MamanTattoo. I understand there was really no other option.
But putting it out there was not necessary, that's all I'm saying. I've been in swaps where there have been flakers and all the organizer does is say, "hey does anyone want to be an angel? we need one for so-and-so."
If I wanted, I could go back and search for the list of partners and find out whodunnit but it's not just out there, you know?

I don't mean to be a bish about it but to be honest it kind of hurt to see that out for everyone to see.

Oh, and I was trying to finish up the last project and my F hook broke so I have to run out and get a new one, hoping to still mail today.

okay, so i received from dooney on monday and i have to say that if i could i would change your feedback not only from negative to positive (which i know will happen now) but to positive+!

I will try not to make this too long, but I'll tell you right now I will fail at that.  She sent such a great package.  We love everything.  The boys are thrilled.
Two T-shirts for Julian.  (He's wearing the tricycle one today)  The other one he calls his princess and the frog shirt.  It's their favorite movie right now and with the whole alligator/dragon and the jazz vibe it has i can see where he was going with that.

Jackson's shirt with a skull tie, "just like Papa wears to work."  Papa is my dad and president of a bank, so I'm not sure that that falls within his dress code, but it made us giggle.

An adorable skull onesie and matching leg warmers for baby to be.  I can't wait!  Girl stuff is so cute.  Smiley

Hand carved stamps of each of the boys' names...they are thrilled with this.  we are stamping everything.  (i had to make some restrictions) Wink

The portable chalk mat is my new favorite thing.  (okay, and theirs, too)  I don't have a picture of the back of it unrolled, but she even made the pattern on the chalk pocket line up with the rest of it...all the little extra touches she put in are so nice.  Smiley

and then the extras...diy bouncy balls for the boys (which we made immediately) glow stick bracelets suckers with Mater teeth (from cars, as modeled by the boys) Cheesy  (and if i'm forgetting anything i'm so sorry!  i'm typing this from work.)

Thank you so much for everything - a package well worth waiting for!

Yay! I'm so glad you like everything! I forgot to mention that the chalk mat is not machine washable, but you can wipe it with a wet cloth and it comes clean easily.
