Crafting to keep insanity at bay.

Are you guys getting sick of me yet? I really had no desire lately to do these because I've been doing them so frequently, but I had one more hoop all set up and ready to be decorated with something so I felt compelled to do it, more than anything just to get it out of my house LOL. Then of course I discovered a second rogue hoop that had to be dealt with. I think I dealt them a pretty sweet deal if I do say so myself haha. Also I found an awesome tute for making the felt flowers. You can sew or glue them and I went the hot glue route - Let's just say I have a new layer of skin on my right ring finger because of that decision. But it was so worth it! I lost all my links when my computer crashed recently, but if I can find the tute I used I'll post it on here. I'd love to hear what everyone thinks! These hoops are 9" round so they were a pretty good size.

Edit: Here's the link for the tute. Pretty simple though a little time consuming. I used hot glue instead of fabric glue and it works just fine.

I love them! I got hooked on making something like this a while ago, but instead of embroidery hoops I used cheapo canvases from the dollar store. I really love the flowers, could you share what tute you used to make them?

I love these!

I love using felt for anything (I even loved Fuzzy Felt as a kid) but I've never tried anything for this...these are brilliant...I'm about to stalk you and see what else you do.
