I revamped an old cardboard chess board with some mod-podge, newspaper scraps, and acrylic paint.

I forgot to take pictures before the transformation...

It doubles as wall art.

great idea for taking an ugly board and making it cute! it'd be fun to take a plain chess or checkers board and revamp it to look more fun
