Wow, it does have a snow white kind of essence.  I just wanted to tell you great job on the vinyl.  I made the same sort of attempt in netting instead of vinyl without stabilizers and it was quite nightmarish.

This dress is amazing.  I love that you can still read both sides of the cards, and the pleating is fabulous.

ms_wu: I actually considered using netting too, thinking it might have been easier, but I'm glad I went with the vinyl because it paid off.

tlh878: This was actually my first time pleating anything! I can sit in it if the seat is large enough because it poofs up around me when I do Cheesy but when I get back up, I have to rearrange all the pleats so they hang nicely again.
