Rosemary: THANK YOU!!!!

Today, a beautiful surprise has arrived for me in the mail. It was Rosemary's package, full of green goodies! Cheesy
I got the most cute tote, that I'm going to use for the beach Smiley When I opened it, i thought "Oh good! For my knitting needles and yarn!", but them I opened another (yes, Rosemary wraped all the goodies in green paper!) and it was a needle case!!! I never had one before, I'm so excited! And it's so soft and well crafted!
She also sent me a necklace, (sorry not sure I know how to spell it, too excited!),  a green Jasmine candle and also some green nailpolish!
I loved everything!

From the book Godless:

Just Al: I know that God is real. I feel his presence in my heart
Me: What does it feel like?
Just Al: It's hard to describe Jason. It feels good.
Me: Oh. I thought maybe it was like heartburn or something.

Thanks for taking pics, Bowlordie! I brought my camera to work this morning because I took some more detail pics of the purse and the ring and keychain you sent.
I'm really glad you like the items I sent - I had the most fun with the "crazy-quilt" placemats.  Grin

The accessories!:

Thanks for being such a great swap partner!

PS - that pillow case is removable and washable (cold wash - delicate - drip dry) - I used french seams to prevent fraying and I have three kids, so I understand how decorative things must ALSO be washable.  Tongue

hoo hoo hoo! i received my package on saturn-day afternoon! wait until you see this great stuff IheartSqares sent to me!

here is the collection! a great tote bag, some knitted punk rock gloves, for when i get back to my roots, a terrific belt that i love, and a zipper pouch made of vintage fabric, with fabulous trinkets inside!  SO cool!

there's even a teeny tiny logo on the inside pocket of the tote! a super good thing to do, and the outside has a pocket like on a hoodie! so it's an outside pocket, but an enclosed one. really great bag design!

I think she said that this was her first swap, and good on her!  yay!

thanks thanks Thanks!

i just got home yesterday and finally got my package from juniper and i love all of it..  here's a picture.. its not the best but i can try to take better ones later..   the new puppy at my house was very much trying to eat the purse.. and i couldnt let him do that could i?   She gave me an adorable purse with flower pins on it.. and extra flower pins.. i already put one on my jacket.. there were also three little purses/pouches.. all so adorable with mushroom embroidery, each one is a diffrerent size too.  thre were also three bracelets that matched the beads in the center of the flowers, but their next to my bed cause i wore them yesterday

thanks juniper!!

What a great bag! I think the pattern is the Unbiased from knitty.com.. Which yarn did you use juniper? I would love to make one myself, but I don't have the money to buy that expensive silk yarn the pattern asks for and I always thought the bag would lose all the glow without it. But aparently not!
Nice job!

I got a lovely package from taped on wings today! Thank you so much!!! Smiley
(Did you happen to take pictures, by chance?)
She sent a hot pink summer scarf made with ladder yarn, a green beaded bracelet (both of which I'm wearing right now), a journal with a seahorse applique, a pink canvas pouch with bees & French, an "S" notepad, and a pair of knitting needles with green clay ends.  Hurray!
I love everything so much!
