I made this new wipe clean bag fom oilcloth.  I quilted the front and back.  I think it looks a bit too much like a wash bag but I am still going to use it!   Its a handy size and I added plenty of internal pockets.  The lining is made from cotton 70's single bed sheet.  Pretty eh?

I don't think it looks at all like a wash bag - It's lovely, and you did a very professional job making it. You should feel proud to carry it!  I love the flower.

not sure what a wash-bag is, but i think this looks like a summer purse that you don't have to worry if you get caught in the rain with it.

(maybe i am biased because i hate getting caught in the rain if i am carrying certain bags, cos the bag and the things in it all get wet right through)

creative criticism always appreciated!

I think it looks great! I love that lining - I have a soft spot for '70s florals.

I do not recognize a wash bag in it either, rather a profesionally made bag that you will be using a lot!  Smiley

Wash bag? Wash bag? NO WAY! That is a great bag, love it!  Grin You did a really great job, too. Your zipper looks fantastic, the quilting is so straight (perfect touch, by the way) and the whole bag look very well made. Excellent job!
