This is my first challenge entry, so yay!  When I saw the challenge topic, I couldn't resist.  After several trials and errors, I came up with this little flip flop.  I made it with #6 plastic with perm marker decoration then once it was shrunk, I painted and sealed the back so it wasn't transparent.  I added some beading for the straps and then put it on a silver chain.

(I apologize in advance for the pics. Sad  I spent a good hour trying to get good ones but apparently my camera is not good with small things.  They were either washed out from the flash or way blurrier than this ...)




And modeled by my penguin, Bert (because nothing says summer like a penguin!)




And closest I can get without it being unrecognizable:
