So i got my hands on some superman fabric and decided to make a sweater for someone i know. the sweater is hand sewn and has black cuffs colar and waist.
a close up of the seam at the arm and colar
this is the inside of the sweater side heam and waist:
this is the arm and cuff

I am very jealous of your hand sewing skills...I hand-sewed a vinyl corset dress for a costume ages ago & that just about killed my desire to ever hand sew anything ever again.

i have NEVER hand sewn vinyl but i bet that would be incredibly hard...i would probably just stop that project all together Tongue there was something i made that was hard to sew because of layers of fabric..it made it hard for the needle to go though so i would poke the needle in where i wanted it, turn it over and push it on the table so it went through. thank goodness the whole project wasnt like that though!

that's pretty much what I did for the corset. 2 layers of denim & a lyer of vinyl, doubled at seams...
I had to use the table more than my thumbs/fingers...
