Yes, I just kind of made it up. The orange fabric wasn't super strong, so I added the black to the bottom. With this kind of tote I usually stitch straps right down the sides rather than just to the top edge. Makes them stronger, and it's easy to incorporate a pocket into the design. Thanks!  

That car organiser is a fantastic thing to have! I'm getting so many great ideas from this gallery.

Hey everyone ....Just wanted you all to know how much jemimah rocks ...... I love love love my hoodie with the robots and the robot bag to boot ....she also sent me a wonderful NZ kiwi and bird towel  as well as some NZ post cards and a pouch full of creepy crawlies ...as soon as I get a new camera I;'ll share those .... Thanks so much Jemimah ...you made my week so awesome ....now for this heat wave to cool off so I can wear the hoodie.....

That's funny-- the classical radio station I listened to in high school has the call letters WETA.  (So I did have to google the bug, of course... wikipedia says they're kind of cricket-like, but mostly larger?)

Also, the cup of robots is fantastic.  I feel the sudden urge to go around asking people if I can borrow cups of other un-cup-like things.

I got my amazing poppet from rlynn yesterday and have quietly snuck on the computer before my house guests awaken to post a few pics: This lovely seaside creature arrived in the most beautiful outfit adorned with little treasure tidbits sewn to the fabrics of her skirt ( you can see the tiny key on the green strip) she has a sweet sand dollar necklace,too.
She came with a little jellyfish friend.
rlynn also made me this beautiful beaded bracelet from my wists -it even looks like like seaweed!

yay!  im so glad everything arrived safely and that you like the poppet and extras! 

the jellyfish was made for the poppet by a talented friend of mine.  she got a kick out of making a toy for a toy.  heh.

and one of the reasons i had to make the bracelet is i thought it looked like seaweed!!!  i wanted to make a necklace but i realized after i had the beads that i probably shouldve have used larger beads.  size 11 delicas are tiny!     ive never worked with seed beads before so it was challenge!

Just back from vaca!  So glad Lana liked the dresses and the monster bag!  
The car organizer is great and I absolutely love the poppet!!  The cup of robots is very funny!  Nice work everyone!!
