Since rottenlittleboys received on Monday, I'm going to post some pictures of what I sent her since I know she's really busy! Smiley  She said she really liked everything, so yaaay!

The main attraction: a car organizer (which is hanging on my front door).  Her favorite colors are pink and black, so I chose a black base with a black-and-pink flowers on white accent, with pink trim. Smiley  I hope it fits well into her car!

And of course, you can't make an organizer for the car without making a matching trash bag.  The inside is lined with the flowered fabric with clear contact paper melted onto it to give it some wipe-ability.

And since her #1 request was for a shrine, and since my skills do not extend to that (as I discovered), I bought her a little buddha.

And here's everything together:

It was a lot of fun crafting for you, rottenlittleboys!  Smiley

Wow!  Kaz814, that is an amazing package.  I love the layout/colors of the car organizer and the matching trash bag.  RLB is going to have one styling car!!  And the little buddah is so sweet!

I just heard from theballandskein that she received my package and really likes it. Her camera is broken, so she asked me to post pics. My camera is a bit rubbish, so they're not the best, but better than nothing!

Her main item was a robot hoodie. I looked at sewing one, but couldn't find a good quality fabric, and ended up purchasing a nice fine weight hoodie that's a wool/cotton/stretchy stuff blend (if I remember right). I hand painted robots on the front. My own design, painted freehand.

It's a bit hard to see the details, but they are mainly silver with black white and grey details. The little one has a little pixel-ly heart.

theballandskein sent me a couple of favourite robot pictures, and I put one on a tote.

She also told me that she had spent some time in New Zealand, and had had an encounter with a weta (like a giant brown cricket - google weta if you dare!)
I promised not to put a weta in her parcel, but I found some fabric with weta on it, and I couldn't resist making a pouch with secret weta lining.

Alas, I didn't get a pic of the weta fabric, so imagine the brown leaf fabric with giant bugs scattered on it.

I seldom buy wrapping paper, so I wrapped the parcel in a teatowel with a very nice native bird design on it - glad you like it theballandskein!

I seriously NEED a car organizer (bunny grahams, magna-doodles, bee-noculers, 42 pairs of sunglasses, all need a home) and trash bag. Those are fab, Kaz!

And the robot sweatshirts -- you HAND PAINTED those? Amazing! Nice job. I'm afraid to google weta, so I will imagine a cute/gross lining.  Wink

I love the fabric of the organizer - the contrast of the pink to the black and white is beautiful.  That robot hoodie is awesome and I LOVE that tote - did you make the tote too?
