Hey, nobody has any $ right now, trust me! One of my lights is a $5 one I've had for years, one was from my scroll saw, other one was a reflector light I had for keeping pets warm. We do what we gotta do, find what we need, use what we have to. But really, for now, until you have more light, use the matte side of piece of white posterboard, it will reflect a lot of light and help to light it up more. Or anything entirely white and matte and opaque, not transparent.

I am getting excellent results when I use my lightbox in natural light on the balcony, I dont even need an additional light source or anything besides the sun. Works best on a not-so-sunny day, as direct sunlight can cause unwanted shadows.
