Extra, Extra! self-portrait in newspaper

This is a self-portrait sculpture. I attempted making it to scale, it about 5 foot 7. Made entirely of newspaper and 11 rolls of clear packing tape. there are a few rocks in the boots, so it could stand by itself.

This is so cool! I wish I had your abiltiy to sculpt.  I play with paper mache a little but no where near your level. How did you create the frame of you body. I made a mummy and used chicken wire. I just believe there must be a better option.

Thanks all! well, there isn't a frame or anything, I basibally just squished the paper into shape. It's pretty dense.
