I tried this last night and it turned out fantastic! It was a little creamy for my tastes, but I guess that's because it's a cheesecake!  Grin I especially enjoyed the lime in the crust. It tastes amazing.

This was my birthday cake! I asked my daughter to make it for me, and it came out fantastic! I'm thinking it could have used a bit more chilling, it was a little hard to cut - but so what, it tastes wonderful!
