So I got these last weekend to make for my cousins 5th birthday. http://www.williams-sonoma.com/products/star-wars-cookie-cutter/

I didn't make Bubba Fett, because it would have added 3 icing colors, and really is he all that popular, I would rather have seen C-3PO in the set. Any way here is my first attempt. I made the royal icing a little too runny and didn't have any more powdered sugar to correct it, so the lines ran a bit.  They weren't super easy as I dislike the plastic cookie cutters because the dough gets stuck in all the grooves.

My hubby would love these!  They are so cool.  Try dipping the cookie cutter in flour before cutting, it should keep the dough from sticking.
