I got the pattern book, but I haven't started working on it, yet. I'm still not 100% sure that I'm going to use that type of join on my afghan. I have a particular idea in my head, and that join puts too much of the joining color in there. And, if I do decide to go with it, I need more GDs before I can start it Smiley

I did finish weaving in the ends on the last of the practice GDs, so I can start playing around with things soon. School ends on the 24th (ack!), and I'm trying to find out when grades are due. Once those are taken care of, it's a crafting free-for-all Grin

Well, it took me forever to post pics.  I finally borrowed a camera, still can't find mine.  Here are the amazing GD's I received from tracethekat and mandys_momma.

My girls loved my new bracelet and really don't want me to cut it to use the GD's. I suppose I can let them wear it until the new wears off and then I can have it.

They're great Your Highness!  My daughter has kept several groups of the GDs I got, too.  There are no toys like homemade toys.

What a neat way to send the GDs! I can understand why your girls like wearing it. You got some fabulous colors, too!

I think I'm going to be starting the next round this weekend (only 10 1/2 more school days until vacation!!), so stay tuned. I hope you all can join in on the next round!

That's indeed a nice set! GD's jewelry....sounds good!  Wink

I had my last lessons yesterday, so it's only correction work & meetings now until the official summer holiday. But it already feels like holiday, so I'm in ber craftmood. Or was I already?.. Roll Eyes
