Here is some pairs of socks I knitted since I saw a girl on the bus knitting socks and I tought it looked like so much fun!

This is my favorite pair, done from a Bernat free pattern called "Knit socks for the family" and mostly Vanna's choice yarn. I love the coloured stripes!

This pair was made with a pattern from the book "Love to knit" (Browyn Loventhal). I like the colours on it and the native vibe it has (if you understand what I mean Tongue), but I'm not in love with the actual sock pattern. The stitches are kind of loose at the top and the heel looks a little bit awkward. I have to redo the same socks but using the Bernat pattern for the heel and toes.

These were also done with the "Love to knit" pattern (before I discovered the Bernat one). I tried to make a Dracky from the Dragon Quest games.

These are the last ones I have to show for now. I don't remember what pattern I used though. The yarn is really super soft, which is comfortable, but dangerous on a hard-wood floor!

Thanks for looking!

Fabulous job!  I wish I had the patience to knit.  They are all great, but I especially love the rainbow stripes!!!

I love the colors on the first pair. I recently started making socks and I've noticed that I keep having a problem making the top part tight enough on my calf, any suggestions on how to fix that? I've tried smaller needles and using actual sock yarn but I keep having the same issue.

Hummm, the only thing I could propose that may help you would be to start with less stitches for the beginning of the sock and add stitches when you finish the cuff of the sock. Hope it helps!
