Does anyone have mailing suggestions? My item could potentially fit in a modified bubble envelope but I'm afraid of it somehow being bent in the middle. Then again it would be an awkward box...it probably wouldn't get bent in an envelope.

What if you tried a clothing gift box? The long flat kind with bubble wrap or newspaper to nestle it in? If you still think it would make an awkward box shape what if you put it in a bubble envelope but tried cutting card board to fit around it so it might not get bent? I don't know if that helps at all :/
